These Terms of Use govern your use of watchdogroofrestoration.com, operated by Watchdog Roofing & Restoration (“Watchdog,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using this site does not hire us
Browsing this site, requesting an estimate, or uploading documents does not create a contract for roofing work and does not obligate you to hire us or us to work for you. Any work we perform is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Information here is general
Content on this site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Roofing requirements vary by property, jurisdiction, manufacturer specification, insurance policy, and contract. Photographs of past work show conditions on those properties, not a promise of the same result on yours. Nothing on this site substitutes for an on-site inspection or for advice from a qualified professional.
Free Roof Quote & Insurance Scope Review
Our complimentary document review is provided for general educational purposes and is not legal advice, public-adjusting services, an insurance coverage determination, or a guarantee of building-code compliance. Final requirements may depend on your contract, insurance policy, property conditions, manufacturer specifications, and the authority having jurisdiction. An on-site inspection may be necessary.
The review tells you what your documents appear to say and what they appear to leave out. It cannot tell you what your insurer will pay, what your policy covers, whether a denial was correct, or whether another contractor’s price is fair for work we have not inspected. We review what you send us; if a document is incomplete, illegible, or superseded, our observations will be too.
What we are, and what we are not
Watchdog is a Colorado roofing contractor. Under Colorado law, a roofing contractor may not act as or hold itself out as a public insurance adjuster, may not adjust or negotiate a claim on a property owner’s behalf, and may not interpret or argue coverage and exclusions, unless separately licensed to do so. We do not do those things. Once you have a signed contract with us, we may discuss the scope of repairs with your carrier — that is a different activity, and it is the limit of our role in a claim.
Questions about coverage, policy interpretation, claim handling, or the conduct of an adjuster should go to your insurance carrier, your agent, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared, including measurements, visible conditions, and current material pricing. They are not binding until incorporated into a signed contract, and they are subject to change if conditions differ once work begins — most commonly when decking damage is discovered after tear-off. Prices quoted on this site or in an estimate are valid for the period stated on the estimate and, if no period is stated, for 30 days.
Insurance claims and your rights in Colorado
If your roofing work is being paid for through a property insurance claim, Colorado law gives you specific protections that we follow:
- Your contract with us will be in writing and will contain the disclosures Colorado law requires.
- You may rescind that contract within 72 hours of signing and receive a full refund of any deposit.
- If your insurer denies the claim in whole or in part, you have a further right to cancel.
- We cannot pay, waive, rebate, or absorb any part of your insurance deductible, and we will not offer to. Doing so is unlawful in Colorado. Any contractor who offers to is telling you something about how they do business.
These are summaries, not the statute, and they do not replace the specific disclosures in your signed contract.
Documents you submit
By uploading documents you confirm that you own the property or are authorised to share the documents, and you give us permission to review them and contact you about your request. Please do not upload material you are not permitted to share, and please redact anything you do not want us to see. How we store and protect uploaded documents is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to upload malicious files, attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its data, submit false or fraudulent information or someone else’s information, harvest or scrape content, send automated submissions, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may block or refuse service to anyone who does.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or republish our content, or use our name, logo, or photographs commercially, without our written permission.

Customer reviews and testimonials shown on this site reflect the experience of those customers on their properties. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience.

Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. This disclaimer applies to the website only; it does not affect the workmanship warranty or manufacturer warranty that come with work we actually perform under a signed contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Watchdog Roofing & Restoration will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information provided through it, including the free document review. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract for work.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Watchdog harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your submission of documents or information you were not authorised to share.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Adams County or elsewhere in Colorado. Before filing anything, please call us at 720-235-8159 — most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
